- Abstract
This research aims to change the paradigm in mail management the TNI AU Central Museum “Dirgantara Mandala” which previously used manual methods, is proposed to switch to utilizing information technology. The software produced from this research is an information system tested using correlation and black box methods. The tool used is a questionnaire. The research results show that the correlation method cannot be applied because the questionnaire data is too small. Meanwhile, the black box method proves that the software designed can work according to the research objectives.
