Abstract

Plant wax, as a natural polymer material with biological interpretability, renewability, and excellent physical and chemical properties, has irreplaceable and important application value in cosmetics, food packaging, medicine, agriculture, and other fields. In recent years, it has benefited from the global “green consumption” upgrade and the promotion of “dual carbon” goals, and the market scale continues to expand. The industrial development has entered a critical transformation period. Based on this, this article mainly focuses on the market competition pattern and business development strategy of the plant wax industry, using diversified methods to analyze the market size, growth driving factors, and constraints of the global and Chinese plant wax industry, clarifying the core advantages and strategic positioning of different competitive entities. It is hoped that the analysis in this article can serve as a reference for the research on the business development strategy of the plant wax industry.
