Abstract

This study explores the model of strengthening community empowerment through the “Rodanya MasBagia” program in Magelang City. Using a qualitative approach, this research focuses on the experiences and perceptions of the community related to their empowerment through this program. The research method involved observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis related to the program and policies. The research findings highlight the level of community participation in running this program and the potential, challenges, and impacts of this empowerment model. In addition, this research provides strategic guidance for developing similar models in other areas. It is expected to positively contribute to improving the community’s quality of life sustainably. The results of this research are expected to serve as a foundation for developing innovative and sustainable community empowerment programs.
