Abstract

As one of China’s three frontier waters, the South China Sea has attracted worldwide attention because of its unique geographical location, important strategic position and special historical background. Under the background of General Secretary XiJinping’s major strategic deployment of frontier governance, frontier governance in the South China Sea has become an important topic in the field of frontier governance in China. The forever of the sea is inseparable from the protection of loyal souls. The Northeast Anti-Alliance spirit is the cohesion of the soldiers and civilians in Northeast China under the leadership of the Communist Party of China (CPC) who have fought bloody battles for 14 years, resisted foreign enemies, and protected their homeland and country. It is a model of “loyalty to the firm belief of the party, national righteousness that will always go to the national disaster, and heroic spirit of bloody battle to the end”. Integrating the Northeast Anti-Alliance spirit into the governance of the South China Sea is the spiritual relay of Baishan Black Water to the blue sea and blue sky, and the spiritual pillar given by Linhai Xueyuan to thousands of miles of sea. This paper will focus on the era value of the Northeast Anti-Alliance Spirit in the South China Sea frontier governance from four aspects: the continuation of spiritual core, the practical path of national unity, the realistic transformation of keeping the soil and securing the border, and the innovative exploration of educational inheritance.
