Abstract

At present, the digital self-built project of Liaoning Company has a large scale of requirements, multiple participating entities and a long management chain. There is a lack of efficient supporting means for requirement coordination and workload assessment, which makes it difficult to coordinate requirements and unify the measurement of workload, seriously affecting the quality of digital construction and the accuracy of investment. It is prone to lead to redundant construction. It is difficult to collect grassroots requirements, and the demand decision analysis lacks the support of professional demand information, which easily results in duplicate construction of functions and increased burden on the grassroots. This project improves the project’s accuracy, effectiveness and standardization through detailed project planning coordination, strengthening workload review, promoting the early control of the company’s digital projects, strengthening the quality of digital construction, and promoting precise control and efficient auditing of the digital construction process. It effectively helps with enterprise-level coordination and construction of rigid execution framework, continuously improving the project’s accuracy, effectiveness and standardization, and continuously enhancing the management and construction strength, promoting the company’s digital construction to develop towards high-quality and lean direction.
