- Abstract
The development of scientific repositories using the Open Journal System (OJS) opens up opportunities for their utilization as research databases. Currently in Indonesia, there is a Garuda database as an aggregator to collect the research database. This research aims to integrate the metadata of scientific articles that use the OJS platform in its management, so that it can be compiled in a university scientific repository for various purposes. The method used is the Open Archives Initiative Protocol for Metadata Harvesting (OAI-PMH) to perform data interoperability, so that it can be collected in a single database. The results showed that by utilizing the OAI-PMH protocol, a web-based application has been obtained that has successfully collected data with a total of 5,444 records of scientific article metadata from 100 Open Journal Systems.
