- Abstract
The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into human-computer interaction has revolutionized various fields by enabling seamless interaction between users and machines. This research aims to design a standard image recognition chatbot that leverages the synergy of Computer Vision (CV) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to offer a user-friendly and multimodal interaction experience.The system leverages Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) for image analysis and transformer-based models like GPT for textual dialogue generation. Employing a Late Fusion encoder, the chatbot processes visual and textual inputs independently before merging them for contextual response generation. Advanced techniques such as attention mechanisms, multimodal embeddings, and optimization strategies were implemented to ensure high performance. Key metrics such as BLEU, METEOR, and user engagement rates were used to evaluate system performance. Results demonstrate its potential in fields such as e-commerce, education, and healthcare by significantly enhancing accessibility and efficiency. Future developments aim to address computational constraints and scalability while expanding domain-specific capabilities. This paper outlines the methodology, challenges, and potential applications of such hybrid AI systems, underscoring their ability to bridge the gap between vision and language for impactful real-world solutions.
