Coal transportation involves a complex network of systems, including trucks, trains, and ships, where inefficiencies arise due to fragmented processes and lack of integration. This study introduces a unified digital platform leveraging supply chain management principles to address these challenges. The platform incorporates key features such as real-time GPS tracking, multi-modal integration, centralized data visualization, and advanced analytics to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve transparency across stakeholders. A robust implementation framework outlines steps for data integration, optimization models, and visualization dashboards, ensuring scalability and effective adoption. By streamlining transportation processes and mitigating bottlenecks, the proposed solution offers a transformative approach to coal logistics, paving the way for future advancements in blockchain and AI-driven optimization. The research highlights the significant potential of digital transformation in creating sustainable and efficient coal transportation systems.
