- Abstract
PT. Kawai Indonesia is a musical instrument manufacturer that produces reliable piano instruments. With the level of intense competition among other piano brands, the company must be able to maintain the quality of its products by reducing claim defects that occur due to several errors from both internal and external sources. Therefore, it is necessary to analyse the improvement of environmental problems that occur in companies using various methods, such as Six Sigma, Pareto charts, and Fishbone diagrams. The purpose of this research is to identify several factors that influence claim defects that occur among consumers and to provide repair proposals for each classification of product defect claims for grand pianos and upright pianos.
