Abstract

This paper introduces the research and application of intelligent operation of dense medium separation system in coal preparation. A valve opening prediction model was built based on support vector mechanism to achieve intelligent control of water replenishment valve, diversion valve, and medium addition amount. Since the application of the intelligent heavy medium sorting system, the system has operated stably and achieved good results.
