- Abstract
PT. X is a semiconductor company from Germany. PT. X is a company that is committed to producing high-quality finished goods that meet international standards. However, PT X also faces challenges in maintaining the quality and integrity of finished goods during the shipping process. This study aims to determine the application of the House of Risk (HOR) Method in analyzing and mitigating the risk of damage to finished goods at PT X. The results of using the House Of Risk method phase one in this study show that there are 40 risk events that occur and 39 risk agents that cause damage to finished goods at PT. X. Responding to the results of HOR phase one regarding risk agents that are prioritized in handling, in HOR phase two 13 handling actions are recommended which are expected to reduce and prevent damage to finished goods during the shipping process.
