Abstract

The housing problem, has been China the topic of ordinary people more attention. Can a lot of people will buy a room as the standard of success. In April 2014, according to data released China's 70 large and medium-sized cities housing prices fall month-on-month growth. Search to some relevant information through the network at the same time, consider the rationality of the indexes of the possibility of and access to information, choose a certain representative index, using the relevant statistical software for clustering analysis, and put forward corresponding to relevant policy now feasible opinions or Suggestions.
