- Abstract
This article delves into the crucial role that artificial intelligence (AI) plays in driving innovation in organizational business models. Through the Technology Organization Environment (TOE) framework, a comprehensive analysis was conducted on the key factors influencing AI adoption. The research results indicate that AI is not only a tool for improving efficiency, but also a force for change. Through AI technology, enterprises can improve operations, enhance decision-making processes, and provide highly personalized customer experiences, thereby gaining competitive advantages and occupying market positions. However, despite the enormous potential of AI, its adoption process also faces challenges. Organizations must address issues such as data privacy, security risks, and resistance to corporate culture change. If organizations do not address these issues, these challenges may hinder AI from realizing its full potential. Research shows that only by doing so can companies continue to innovate and maintain a competitive advantage in an increasingly dynamic digital environment.
