Abstract

Phishing is one of the most common cyber-attacks used to steal sensitive information by deceiving users through fake websites, emails, images, and voice-based communication. Traditional phishing detection systems mainly rely on single-mode analysis, such as URL or email checking, which makes them ineffective against modern multi-vector phishing attacks. This project presents an AI-Based Real-Time Phishing Detection System using Voice and Image Recognition, designed to provide unified, fast, and reliable protection against phishing threats. The proposed system analyzes URLs and emails using machine learning techniques, detects fake logos and website images using convolutional neural networks, and identifies voice-based phishing attempts through speech recognition. All detection modules operate together within a multimodal framework to improve detection accuracy and reduce false positives. A web-based interface with voice alerts provides real-time feedback to users, and the system supports both online and offline operation. Experimental results demonstrate high detection accuracy with an average response time of approximately 1.5 seconds, making the system effective and practical for real-world phishing prevention.
