Abstract

Traditional education learning models are facing challenges in learning scenarios in terms of poor scalability for remote users, less motivation for steps to enhance learning, and limited knowledge retention. The existing models and gamification mechanisms, although addressing these challenges, still suffer from adaptability, holistic engagement, and incorporation of changes based on continuous feedback. To address these shortcomings and gaps, a hybrid model is demanded, which consists of a metaverse environment, gamification, reinforcement learning, and Graphical neural networks. This model makes learning more personalized through immersive learning, behavioral insights, and real-time feedback, to foster better emotional engagement using avatars. The proposed methodology ensures goal-oriented tasks, gamified task integration, avatar-based collaboration, and adaptive feedback loops for better knowledge retention. The evaluation of the proposed model against standalone and traditional approaches in terms of performance and robustness is far better, enabling strong reshaping of digital education into a better engagement, student-centric eco-systems.
