Abstract

Event safety has become a growing concern with the surge in large gatherings such as festivals, concerts, political rallies, and urban public events. Existing event safety systems such as CCTV-based monitoring and IoT sensors often face problems including hardware dependence, poor scalability, slow detection of congestion, and weak situational awareness due to dependency on 2D dashboard [4]. This study surveys existing approaches in crowd monitoring, congestion prediction, and emergency response, identifying their strengths while highlighting challenges like computational overhead, weak generalization in dynamic environments, and limited real-time actionability. To overcome these gaps, we propose Divya Drishti, an Agentic AI-powered framework for holistic event safety management. The system integrates three specialized AI agents with a 3D interactive interface, enabling immersive visualization, proactive forecasting, user-initiated emergency reporting, and intuitive location-specific interventions. With lightweight and scalable deployment, Divya Drishti bridges predictive analytics, emergency response, and interactive visualization, offering a comprehensive and adaptive solution for real-time event safety.
