- Abstract
The incorporation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education has progressed swiftly, offering substantial prospects to improve career-personal life balance for women educators; however, its effects on this demographic remain largely unexamined. This research investigates the potential of AI to assist women in attaining an improved career-personal life balance, utilizing a case study of an AI-driven virtual academic assistant aimed at optimizing administrative functions and providing tailored support. This study, involving 150 female faculty members from academic institutions in Coimbatore, emphasizes significant advantages. The AI assistant made administrative tasks like grading and scheduling much easier, giving teachers, researchers, and people in their personal lives more time. Better scheduling made it easier to manage time, and personalized support made people happier at work and healthier. These findings highlight AI’s capacity to revolutionize the career-personal life balance of women in education, facilitating the creation of more inclusive and supportive academic settings; however, additional research is required to expand and maintain these progressions.
