- Abstract
Coverless image steganography has evolved recently and got attention of researchers who seeks the security of information during the transmission. It is different from the traditional image steganography techniques that do not conceal the confidential information in a cover image to transmit. Rather it can transmit the secret information as sequence of images to the other end. In this method it can communicate to the other by transferring the secret message in terms of a series of original images based on an inverted indexed structure constructed from its image database. To prepare the indexing structure first it requires a collection of images and the efficient hashing algorithm to find appropriate hash code for each image in the database. In this proposed method it uses refined hashing algorithm for the preparation of indexing table rather using the simple hashing algorithm of basic coverless image steganography method which improves the performance and reduces the size of database effectively. The proposed framework also can combat against the existing steganalysis tools and will perform effectively with respect to the different image attacks such as resizing, change of intensity values.
