- Abstract
This study examines the utilization of visual analytics with Tableau to enhance healthcare resource allocation in India. We used Bayesian inference, linear programming, and the Susceptible-InfectedRecovered (SIR) model, along with other predictive analytics techniques, to help hospital management make better decisions. We illustrate how Tableau’s interactive dashboards assisted hospital managers in reducing resource waste by 20%, lowering readmission rates by 15%, and improving overall operational efficiency through real-world case studies. The results show that visual analytics can help solve big problems in healthcare, even when resources are limited. They also show how important it is to use visual analytics in strategic healthcare administration.
