- Abstract
For instance, tilting the hand forward moves the car forward, tilting backward initiates reverse motion, while tilting left or right steers the car in respective directions. This user-friendly, contactless interface improves the ease of control compared to traditional joystick or button based systems. The project utilizes the Arduino microcontroller platform due to its flexibility, simplicity, and support for interfacing with the MPU 6050. The prototype design is geared towards applications in robotics, mobility solutions for differently-abled individuals, or entertainment systems. With this project, we demonstrate the potential of gesture-based control systems in creating more interactive and accessible modes of operation for robotic vehicles.
