Abstract

In this fast-growing world full of technologies like artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science and so on, securing a job especially for freshers is becoming a hard nut to crack. But this does not mean we stop putting our efforts. We just need to accelerate the process. “Campus-Connect” is a web portal designed to help students for their overall skill enhancement. It helps students to start their career in the best possible way. The essential segment of Campus-Connect is its AI-driven Resume screening module, which estimates students’ profiles and imparts its perception into suitable career paths based on their mentioned skills. Besides this is an AI-driven Chatbot that helps in real-time assistance. The portal also attributes a mock test module, allowing students to assess their competencies across several roles and levels. Furthermore, company recruitment module supplies direct access to recruitment processes and job openings, enabling students to engage with potential employers effectively. Job portal module helps students to apply for on-campus drives through the portal itself. To help students with interview preparation, the platform suggests a repository of past question papers for various companies, YouTube resources, which can be updated by admin as well as employee, and a DSA practice module with tailored coding questions. This portal also provides alumni experiences through which students gain knowledge to excel in career. With future prediction option, the platform helps in predicting whether the student gets placement in a company or not. By future technology trends, Campus-Connect empowers students with the knowledge and tools necessary to excel in their careers.
