Abstract

This paper presents an innovative AI telehealth solution that unifies multiple essential services into one comprehensive platform. Unlike existing healthcare systems that operate in silos, DocConnect integrates an AI chatbot for real-time medical diagnosis, doctor appointment scheduling, emergency ambulance services, and skin disease prediction using Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs). It leverages the Gemini API to handle text-based queries, ensuring accurate and context-aware responses. A dedicated web platform supports the system, allowing administrators and doctors to efficiently manage appointments and other tasks. The chatbot demonstrates significant potential to improve healthcare by offering quick insights, faster responses, and better patient engagement.
