Abstract

Intelligent wearable using machine learning IoT solutions are developing quickly to track and control healthcare and physical activity. The fog-centric, wireless, real-time smart wearable IoT framework for ubiquitous fitness and health analysis in a smart gym setting isthe primary focus of this study. The suggested framework analyzes body vitals, movement, and health-related data to serve the fitness and healthcare industries. It helps trainers and physicians recognize bodily cues and set off alarms in the event of health hazards. We present a technique to gather and evaluate exercise-specific data in order to evaluate exercise intensity and health benefits as a recommendation system for athletes. The framework’s efficacy was assessed throughout the course of a six-week training regimen that included one recovery day and six days of focused activities. ECG, heart rate, fluctuation of heart rate, and breath rate were collected as we used 3D acceleration to track movement. The gathered data is processed via modules. With a 95 percentage accuracy rate in identifying health hazards, the Health Zone (Hzone) module classifies health condition according to bodily vitals. Using motion and vital signs, the Gym Activities Recognition (GAR) module classifies exercises and identifies individual routines based on muscle groups with an accuracy of over 89 per cent.
