- Abstract
Job burnout, as a psychological state, broadly affects the career of teachers, especially in the field of higher education. The job satisfaction and level of job burnout among teachers are interrelated; good job satisfaction can reduce job burnout, whereas job burnout may lead to decreased work efficiency and increased turnover rates.
