Abstract

In view of the current situation of education and teaching management in higher vocational colleges, such as backward management concept, management level and management team to be improved, and unreasonable education and teaching evaluation, this paper proposes to improve the student-oriented education and teaching management concept, optimize personnel training programs, strengthen Education and teaching management team building, improvement of education and teaching quality evaluation system, construction of education and teaching management platform, etc. to improve the level of education and teaching management, improve the quality of talent training, and cultivate high-quality skilled talents for the society. It is expected to have a certain reference effect on improving the level of education and teaching management in higher vocational colleges and improving the quality of personnel training.
