- Abstract
Shipboard fires, characterized by complex ignition sources, high fire load density, concealed rapid spread, and harsh firefighting conditions, demand enhanced training for crew fire safety capabilities. This study examines the unique challenges of maritime fires, analyzes the developmental needs for crew fire safety competencies, and identifies limitations in conventional training models. Building on this foundation, it explores innovative approaches to crew fire safety training through digital and intelligent technologies. By reconstructing scenarios, innovating training methodologies, and implementing quantitative assessments, the research establishes a training framework deeply aligned with crew fire safety standards, providing theoretical support for advancing professional development in this critical field.
