- Abstract
With the acceleration of urbanization and the sustained growth of the economy, low-altitude economy has emerged as a new productive force in the emerging industrial chain, holding significant strategic importance for fostering regional economic development. This study employs a comprehensive array of scientific methodologies, including systems analysis, model construction, and empirical analysis, to explore strategies for the sustainable development of the low-altitude economy industry chain and its practical application effects. By defining the intrinsic characteristics and the industrial chain of the low-altitude economy, the study examines its pivotal role in advancing regional economic transformation and upgrading and analyzes the current challenges and development bottlenecks faced by the low-altitude economy. The research examines operational data from the low-altitude economy in three representative cities in the East China region. Utilizing multidimensional data from 2019-2022, including flight activity volume, industrial input-output, and employment impact factors, the study conducts empirical analyses through the construction of VAR models and grey prediction models, revealing the impact mechanisms of low-altitude economic development on regional economic output, employment, and technological progress. The findings suggest that scientifically sound planning and policy support are crucial for the sustainable development of the low-altitude economy, while industrial synergy and technological innovation serve as important drivers for enhancing the quality of its development. On this basis, the paper constructs a strategic framework for the sustainable development of the low-altitude economy industry chain, proposes corresponding policy recommendations, and, through case analysis, points out potential trends and business opportunities for future development in the low-altitude economy. This research not only provides a new perspective for the theoretical field to analyze the strategies for sustainable development of low-altitude economy but also offers empirical data and decision-making references for government agencies and the business sector, thus holding high academic value and practical significance.
