- Abstract
Human resource (HR) master data is highly sensitive, making secure and accurate access essential. However, incidents of personnel information leakage and property damage frequently occur due to flaws in data exchange and system security design. This paper proposed a secure data authorization service that combines non-interactive zero-knowledge proofs with blockchain technology to ensure safe management and traceability of HR master data. The security of the scheme is validated through privacy and security analysis, and the framework’s performance is assessed using a simulated dataset. The results demonstrate that the approach not only effectively secures data during multi-party exchanges but also the performance of verification has been improved by 4%.
