- Abstract
Modern management theory guides the construction of power grid engineering, which not only helps to improve the efficiency and quality level of power grid engineering construction, but also optimizes resource allocation, reduces costs, and promotes technological innovation. The goal should be to promote high-quality development of ultra-high voltage construction, and modern management theories should be widely applied. This article is based on the new stage of ultra-high voltage construction, establishing a professional collaborative theoretical system to support the continuous improvement of engineering construction management. Focusing on the safety, progress, quality, cost, technology, team and other aspects of professional management in ultra-high voltage engineering construction, propose management theories that need to be applied for management improvement. Taking into account the supporting elements of ultra-high voltage engineering construction, propose a management theory to guide the allocation of elements.
