- Abstract
As China’s economy continues to grow rapidly, the demand for electricity across society is steadily rising. Power transmission and transformation projects, as vital infrastructure for ensuring power supply, are critical to advancing social and economic progress while supporting the stable operations and development of power grid enterprises. In this context, thoroughly assessing the returns on investment and construction effectiveness of these projects is of great importance. Such evaluations contribute to optimizing project management, enhancing construction quality, and maximizing the efficiency of capital utilization in China’s power sector.
