- Abstract
In certain areas, local government or external influence in judicial processes continues, and legal control is markedly inadequate. Such occurrences impede firms in meeting their social responsibilities, particularly in regions with limited legal enforcement, complicating the regulation of corporate behavior. Researchers utilized literature review and field interviews to analyze and compare domestic and international circuit court systems. The study examined their theoretical importance in refining judicial conceptions and bolstering oversight of local judicial institutions, along with their practical function in addressing deficiencies in conventional judicial models and improving judicial efficiency. It additionally provided suggestions for enhancing the circuit court system. Nonetheless, the true influence of circuit courts in the realm of corporate social responsibility is still inadequately examined. This study seeks to address this gap by studying case studies to investigate the impact of circuit courts on corporate social responsibility.
