Abstract

Objectives: Community governance is the main part of large and medium-sized cities. At the same time, community governance is an indispensable urban operation mode in the process of new urbanization. In the context of the digital age, the construction of digital smart communities has gradually become a trend. To this end, the benign governance of the community is the basic peripheral guarantee of smart communities at home and abroad.Methods: Summarize and comment on the theory and practice of community governance in China and other countries through a review of community governance research native and abroad.Results: Through the domestic and foreign reviews, due to the different national comprehensive conditions and political systems, it is not advisable to copy Western theories and directly apply them to China. Since then, it may lead to incompatibility with the local conditions. Only by adapting to local conditions and optimizing the way, we can implement a community community that is suitable for China.Discussion: Whether there is still a “the Pattern of Difference Sequence” in modern urban communities, to achieve “the coexistence of beauty and truth and goodness, integration and maintenance of diversity”.
