- Abstract
In the process of Chinas urbanization, the integration of farmers citizenization has always attracted much attention. In the new era, there is an inherent consistency between high quality employment of young farmers and the goal of common prosperity for all the people. Compared with the first and second generation of farmers, young farmers more strongly expect to integrate into urban life and become a part of the city. However, when they enter the city, they face many challenges in social identity, vocational skills, labor market supply and demand, career development, and social security. This study aims to analyze these problems and propose effective solutions. The results show that by creating an inclusive social environment, optimizing the supply and demand mechanism of the labor market, improving the vocational education system for farmers and standardizing the job intermediary market, the goal can effectively promote young farmers to achieve high-quality employment, promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas, and promote the common prosperity of all the people.
