- Abstract
To address the challenges of fragmented value transmission, superficial identity formation, and single evaluation subjects in traditional ideological and political education within physical education curricula, and to align with the national education digitalization strategy, this study explores reform pathways for digital-enhanced teaching models. Grounded in embodied cognition theory, constructivist learning theory, and the “Three-Aspect Holistic Education” philosophy, it develops a three-dimensional driving model integrating resources, data, and evaluation. The framework establishes an online-offline “dual-circulation” operational logic and a “three-stage six-loop” teaching process. Practical implementation paths are proposed through digital teacher training, smart devices, and digital platforms, providing theoretical references and practical paradigms for the digital transformation of ideological and political education in physical education.
