Flexible employment is an important form of employment and an important part of the labor market, which can improve the efficiency of the labor market. Psychological feelings such as job satisfaction and sense of achievement of flexibly employed people are not only affected by the stability of the jobs they are engaged in, career development opportunities, labor security and other factors, but also by their family status, occupational cognition, occupational pursuit and other factors. The influencing factors of the psychological state of the flexibly employed group take adjustment strategies from the perspective of internal and external synergy: one is that all kinds of media strengthen positive propaganda, guide the flexibly employed to rationally look at the situation, establish the concept of occupational equality, eliminate the psychological gap, and form the “internal driving force” of psychological adjustment; the second is that government departments, industry enterprises the mechanism guarantee, enhance the “external thrust” of psychological adjustment.
