Abstract

As a new important strategic resource and key production factor, data has gradually become a key engine to empower the development of new quality productivity. This study systematically compiles the current situation and problems of data valorization development in Shandong Province. Aiming at the problems such as data security regulation not yet mature, insufficient supply of high-quality data, and insufficient vitality of the data circulation and trading market, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions, with a view to providing important references for Shandong Province to strengthen, optimize and expand its digital economy.
