- Abstract
This paper provides an in-depth exploration of frontend technologies applied in simple website development. It traces the evolution from early static implementations using native HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to modern single-page applications (SPAs) that emphasize real-time interaction and responsive design. The study highlights the critical role of semantic HTML in enhancing accessibility and maintainability, while detailing how CSS decouples content from style, with specific emphasis on Flexbox’s advantages in creating adaptive layouts. JavaScript’s event-driven model and its integration with Ajax are examined to illustrate how asynchronous communication enhances user experience without full page reloads. Through practical examples, such as login interfaces, forum modules, and shopping pages, the paper demonstrates the implementation of client-side validation, interactive components, and dynamic content loading. Additionally, common technical challenges, including margin collapse and flex item overflow, are discussed along with viable solutions. The research ultimately underscores the enduring relevance of native web technologies in conjunction with emerging frameworks, providing insights into current practices and future trends in frontend development.
