- Abstract
In contemporary businesses, managing the increasing number of issues and complaints by hand frequently leads to delays and inefficiencies. To solve this, we suggest an AI-powered system that automatically analyzes and ranks text-based inputs from emails, tickets, and feedback using Natural Language Processing (NLP) and machine learning. Assigning priority levels and suggesting prompt responses, the algorithm evaluates mood, urgency, and relevancy. This method increases overall operating efficiency, speeds up problem solving, and facilitates better decision-making.
