- Abstract
Technology upgrades our lifestyle, working culture, and day-to-day activities in this era, Artificial intelligence is playing a vital role in making things easier, embraces human-computer interactions and enhances human knowledge to unprecedented levels. The aim is to develop a small-scale voice-based humanoid-like autonomous system that can interact with human as a companion using natural language processing (NLP), and speech synthesis along with enhanced personal assistant Capabilities such as mobility, environmental sensing for temperature and smoke, and partner presence detection using Internet of Things (IOT). AI advancements in real-word have made it possible to have some bots. However, most bots are computationally costly, and the software requires high computing hardware components. This system encompasses speech recognition, AI-powered responses, and text-to-speech conversion to create a seamless, friendly conversational experience using readily available services on the Internet and aims to propose a cost-effective system with existing GPT models and web-based tools through simple Wi-Fi connectivity. This model integrates GPT models for intelligent conversation and to assist the human partner by clarifying unknown information, capable of reminding scheduled tasks, alert on climate changes like temperature hike, and air quality fluctuations like smoke using IOT sensors. The project contributes to human-computer interaction by making AI-based voice assistants more interactive and engaging.
