Abstract

Indian Traditional Knowledge Systems (TKS), especially Ayurveda, create a practical path toward culturally grounded and individualized care when linked with contemporary digital-health platforms. Placing Ayurvedic material online, however, raises acute confidentiality, safety, and operational issues in networked clinical settings. We introduce TKS-NGSF, an architecture that joins Indian TKS with blockchain-backed searchable encryption and a neural policy for choosing search strategies in the Industrial Internet of Medical Things (IIoT). The design enlarges four-strategy Neural-Guided Strategy Fusion (NGSF) by adding strategy S5 (TKS-Enhanced Ayurvedic Knowledge Retrieval), which is tailored to traditional-medicine lookups. IMPPAT (Indian Medicinal Plants, Phytochemistry And Therapeutics) is wired into the pipeline; federated learning shields data that never leave each hospital; and post-quantum plus attribute-based cryptography harden access. In contrast to earlier simulation-only reports, detection figures are obtained on five corpora that mix conventional and traditional medical material: Synthetic IoT, MIMIC-III, CICIoMT2024 IoMT attack traces, CERT v6.2 insider-threat logs, and IMPPAT-TKS Ayurvedic phytochemical records. F1 lies between 0.99 and 1.00 on every corpus, including 1.00 for Ayurvedic (TKS) lookups. Median search delay stays under 175 ms, blockchain gas falls 41.1% versus a post-quantum baseline, and neural selection adds only 8.4 ms. The outcome supports a learned, culture-aware selector for confidential, auditable, and quantum-resistant sharing of clinical data.
