- Abstract
The existence of honorary employees in Pangkep Regency plays an important role in supporting government performance. This study aims to analyze the communication strategies used by local governments in increasing the loyalty of honorary employees. The method used is descriptive qualitative research, which includes observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that effective communication strategies, including discussion forums and information transparency, contribute to increasing the engagement of honorary employees. In addition, open two-way communication between leaders and honorary employees has been shown to improve working relationships and trust. Although there are challenges in accessing information and program consistency, recommendations for evaluating and improving communication methods are expected to increase the loyalty of honorary employees and their impact on public service performance in Pangkep Regency.
