- Abstract
The radical effect of rapid pace of technology development on the global platform is posing new challenges to the global laws about trade and transnational insolvency systems. The existing jurisprudential systems find it difficult to follow the technological advances in the form of blockchain, AI, and cryptocurrencies, which results in complications arising when it comes to cross-border bankruptcy. Legislation should be made more dynamic to deal with these disruptions by agreeing on global law tactics, as well as providing business protection. The updates of international trade and insolvency statutes to capture the technological changes can also be helpful to facilitate electronic commerce, enhance dispute resolution, and protect the interest of creditors and investors hence ensuring a global economic stability and resilience in the digital age.
