Abstract

To understand how many research scholars use AI tools as part of their research work, how often they use them, and for what purposes they use. The researcher also sought to evaluate the awareness and usage of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based research tools. The research measures familiarity with these tools, frequency of usage, and perceived benefits or challenges. The researcher identified 197 research scholars and distributed a Google Form questionnaire via email and WhatsApp to all the Research Scholars. Among the shared responses, 116 scholars responded (nearly 59%). The researcher analysed the survey of responses by using MS Excel. The study found that nearly 94% of respondents have awareness of artificial intelligence tools, which will be helpful in their research work. The majority of the respondents were familiar with AI tools, and they are always using AI Tools for their academic research. The study shows that research scholars were actively using these tools, but required more guidance to use those tools effectively and efficiently.
