- Abstract
Against the backdrop of deeply integrated global supply chains, scientifically selecting international logistics models has become crucial for enhancing the international competitiveness of core manufacturing enterprises. Addressing challenges such as multi-factor coupling, ambiguity, and strong subjective judgment in logistics decision-making, this study focuses on a leading manufacturing enterprise in Guangxi. It constructs an international logistics model selection framework integrating the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE). Empirical results indicate that the Third-Party Logistics (3PL) model achieves the highest overall score, followed by international sea freight and international land transport. It is recommended that leading enterprises in Guangxi prioritize 3PL as their primary logistics model while integrating other transport modes to establish flexible and efficient logistics portfolio strategies.
