- Abstract
This study addresses the management challenges of complex equipment manufacturing projects, such as long cycles, system complexity, and high uncertainty, by exploring the application of critical chain technology. An improved priority scheduling algorithm is introduced, along with a dynamic buffer setting mechanism that incorporates positional weight and risk coefficients to establish a project schedule management model. Case study results demonstrate that this method effectively shortens project planned duration, enhances resource utilization efficiency, and improves schedule control capability, providing an effective approach for optimizing the management of complex equipment projects.
