Abstract

This study posits that the use of artificial intelligence enables and enhances entrepreneurs’ agility to respond enthusiastically to volatile markets and customer preferences in a complex competitive environment enthusiastically. Considering the impact of AI-driven entrepreneurial agility (AIAE), the literature remains inconsistent on the effectiveness of its decision through AI-driven insights. Building on the resource-based view (RBV), this study examines the impact of AIAE on innovation capabilities (IC) and resources reconfiguration (RR) as a mediator, and environmental dynamism (ED) as a moderator has demonstrated the influence of AIAE on IC. To examine this relationship data was collected from 242 top and middle-level management through survey questionnaires from entrepreneurial organizations in Pakistan, and analyzed by using PLS-SEM 4.0. the findings established that AIAE not only directly but indirectly through RR foster IC. In addition, environmental support further increased the effects of AIAE on RR, which led to an increase in organizational IC. This study has important implications for entrepreneurial organizations and practitioners to increase the collaboration between practitioners and entrepreneurs for customized usage and implementation of the latest technologies.
