- Abstract
The study focuses on analyzing the influence of commitment and communication on employee performance, with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) serving as an intervening variable. Employing a quantitative approach through surveys, data were gathered via questionnaires distributed to 100 employees. Path analysis was used to assess both the direct and indirect impacts of commitment and communication on performance and to understand how OCB mediates these effects. The study found that the reliability and validity scores for Commitment were (0.806; 0.720), Communication (0.837; 0.606), OCB (0.907; 0.729), and Employee Performance (0.880; 0.627). The final results indicated that commitment and communication significantly influence employee performance, with OCB playing a key role in reinforcing this relationship. These findings offer organizations strategic insights for improving performance by enhancing commitment, fostering effective communication, and promoting OCB behaviors in the workplace. Keywords: Commitment, Performance, Organizational Citizenship Behaviour, Communication.
