- Abstract
The Manchu and their ancestors have been living in the landscape of northeast China for a long time, and the unique geographic environment and way of life have given birth to the distinctive characteristics of the traditional Manchu food culture, which has become a part of the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation. With the close interaction between the Manchu and the Han, the inheritance and change of the Manchu food culture has become a mirror of ethnic integration. It has not only inherited the core of its own excellent ethnic culture but also continued to innovate and develop in its exchanges with other ethnic groups.
