- Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the implementation of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) and its impact on environmental performance at Conrad Bali. A mixed-method approach was employed, combining both qualitative and quantitative methods. Results of the validity test indicated that all items related to the GHRM and environmental performance variables were valid, with correlation coefficients > 0.3081. The research instruments were reliable, with Cronbach’s Alpha values of 0.880 and 0.920. The average scores of GHRM and environmental performance were both 3.95, into the “Good” category. Regression analysis revealed that GHRM had a significant impact on environmental performance (R2 = 0.783, p < 0.05), with a path coefficient of 0.915 and a t-statistic of 40.626. Qualitative data were obtained through interviews with the HR Manager and the sustainability team, supporting these findings and highlighting the importance of integrating environmental values into recruitment, training, and reward systems. In conclusion, the implementation of GHRM at Conrad Bali has been shown to enhance environmental performance.
