- Abstract
The Orange Leaf Chips business in Paksebali Village faces problems with suboptimal marketing, a lack of understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (K3), and limited production tools. Therefore, the objective of this community service is to improve the production capacity, safety, marketing, and selling power of the business owner. The method employed is a qualitative approach, utilizing in-depth interviews to identify the partner’s problems. The formulated solutions included providing production tools, K3 training, online marketing training, and business bookkeeping training. As a result, 100% of the partners now have a clear and easily recognizable brand identity. The assistance with production tools increased the production volume by up to 50%. The partners’ knowledge of K3 also improved. The partners successfully utilized social media and marketplaces for marketing and were able to apply business bookkeeping using previous monthly data. In conclusion, this activity successfully enhanced the UMKM’s production capacity, work safety, and competitiveness through the integration of production modernization and digital promotion.
